Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 2, 2026

AutoCampaign.ai is operated by Omega Logic LLC, 8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, DE 19901, United States ("AutoCampaign," "we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you visit autocampaign.ai or use the AutoCampaign platform (together, the "Services").

We wrote this in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, email us at support@autocampaign.ai.

The two kinds of data we handle

This policy is easiest to understand with one distinction up front:

  • Your account data. Information about you and your business — your name, email, company, billing details, settings. We are responsible for this data, and this policy governs it.
  • Your customers' data ("Customer Data"). The contact lists, messages, form submissions, and appointment bookings your business manages through AutoCampaign. You own this data. We process it only on your instructions to provide the Services. We never sell it, never share it with other AutoCampaign customers, and never use it for our own marketing. If one of your contacts asks us to delete their information, we will refer the request to you, because you control that relationship.

Information we collect

Account information. Name, email address, company name, phone number, and password (stored in hashed form) when you sign up. Billing is handled by Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store full card numbers.

Customer Data you bring. Contact lists (names, phone numbers, email addresses, custom fields), the content of campaigns and conversations across SMS, email, WhatsApp, and chat, lead form submissions, appointment bookings, and files you upload (media and knowledge-base documents).

Usage data. Standard technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, and log data. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

Connected integrations. If you connect a third-party account (for example, Google Calendar for scheduling, or a Meta or Google ads account), we access only the data you authorize in that connection, for the feature you connected it to.

Cookies and tracking

We keep this minimal:

  • Essential cookies keep you signed in and keep the platform secure. These cannot be turned off.
  • Analytics. Our marketing website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, device type, approximate location); it sets analytics cookies. You can opt out at any time with Google's opt-out browser add-on. Where we use additional analytics, we choose privacy-friendly, cookieless tools.
  • We do not use cross-site advertising cookies, and we do not give your data to ad networks.

How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Services
  • To process payments and send billing notices
  • To respond to support requests
  • To send product updates and marketing you can opt out of at any time
  • To secure the platform and prevent fraud and abuse
  • To comply with legal obligations, including telecom carrier requirements

AI features and your data

AutoCampaign includes AI features — AI Employees that respond to conversations, AI-assisted campaign writing, and AI-powered analytics. Here is what that means for your data:

  • AI features process only the content needed to do their job. For example, an AI Employee reads an incoming message and your knowledge base to draft a reply.
  • We do not use your Customer Data or content to train AI models — ours or anyone else's. Our AI providers process your data through APIs under terms that prohibit its use for model training.
  • AI output is generated by software and can be inaccurate. Reviewing it before relying on it is your responsibility (see our Terms of Use).
  • If your AI Employees interact with consumers, some laws require disclosing that they are automated. We recommend doing so.

Who we share information with

We share data only with the service providers that make the platform work, each limited to what its function requires:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Twilio and Telnyx — SMS delivery
  • Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) — WhatsApp message delivery
  • SendGrid — email delivery
  • OpenAI — AI response generation (no training on your data)
  • Amazon Web Services — file storage
  • Railway and Neon — cloud hosting and database
  • Google — website analytics (Google Analytics) on our marketing site, plus calendar, maps, and ads features only if you connect them
  • Vercel — website analytics on our marketing site (cookieless)
  • Cal.com — demo scheduling on our website

We may also disclose information if the law requires it (for example, a valid subpoena), to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or acquisition — in which case this policy continues to protect your data.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

WhatsApp messaging

WhatsApp campaigns and conversations run through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Your use of WhatsApp through AutoCampaign is governed by this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use; Meta's own terms also apply to Meta's platform. WhatsApp message content is processed to deliver conversations and show you reports, and is protected in transit and at rest like all other Customer Data.

Data retention and deletion

  • Account data — kept while your account is active, then deleted within 90 days of closure.
  • Customer Data — you can export or delete it at any time from your dashboard; after your account is terminated, it is deleted within 90 days.
  • Consent and opt-out records — retained longer where the law requires it. These records are your (and our) proof of messaging compliance.
  • Backups — deleted data cycles out of encrypted backups within approximately 35 days after deletion.

To request deletion, use your dashboard or email support@autocampaign.ai.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Each organization's data is isolated within our multi-tenant architecture. Access is role-based and logged. No online service can promise perfect security, but if a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you without undue delay, as required by law.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to: access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or export it — and you can opt out of marketing at any time. Email support@autocampaign.ai; we respond within 30 days, and usually much faster.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

In the last 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email, phone number), commercial information (subscription and purchase history), internet activity (usage data), approximate geolocation (derived from IP address), and professional information (company and role). We collect them directly from you and from your use of the Services, use them for the purposes described above, and retain them per the schedule above.

California residents have the right to know, correct, and delete personal information; to opt out of its sale or sharing; to limit use of sensitive personal information; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and we use sensitive personal information only to provide the Services. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals. You may use an authorized agent. Submit requests to support@autocampaign.ai.

Australian residents

We handle personal information consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles. Your data is hosted in the United States (see below). You may request access and correction at support@autocampaign.ai. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

India residents

For users in India, we honor the rights provided by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including access, correction, and erasure of your personal data, and grievance redressal. Contact our grievance contact at support@autocampaign.ai.

Where your data lives

The Services are hosted in the United States, and your information is processed there. By using the Services, you understand that your data is transferred to and processed in the United States. The Services are built for business users and are not currently directed to individuals in the European Union or United Kingdom.

Children

AutoCampaign is a business tool for adults. You must be 18 or older to use it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, email support@autocampaign.ai and we will delete it.

Marketing emails

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out by emailing support@autocampaign.ai. We will still send transactional messages — billing, security, and service notices — because those are not marketing.

Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we will change the date at the top. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
